Niagara Falls Self Storage at 2590 Military Rd

This was my first storage rental experience and it was a very positive one! The website was easy to navigate to and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very clean and secure. I was quite impressed!

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Niagara Falls. I used the facility for about a month and a half while I was looking for an apartment after moving from Brooklyn. The process was easy, the facility was clean, and everything felt secure. The staff was helpful and professional whenever I had questions. Overall, a very smooth experience.

Henry is very professional and has a business mindset

This place deserves 0 Stars after What this company did to me Henry is the worst he was fine untill the end of summer of last year 2025 when they raised my rent... my things were set to Auction off 3/11/26.. 6 days after they set it up which was suspect because usually it will be a month or longer out I called Henry and told him I will be in to pay that Friday 2 days after because I get paid every two weeks and didn't have the money before and I came in Henry said it was auction off so he did it anyway behind my back which I believed he rushed it because it's all about the money no sentimentail value so I beg and plead with tears in my eyes with him to stop the auction he just gave me dismissive responses like "I'll pray for you" , "and life goes on" and you can call me and we can talk about it like we friends or something so he can say the same thing I was so angry but I keep my cool he went in the back gave me a file folder and a drawing picture when I told him I need all my stuff with my deceased grandmother picture and obituary and my childhood memories my diploma and I asked can I see the unit for myself to see if my stuff is gone he said he couldn't show me like why? You can tell me anything I can't see what your computer screen says... nothing I said moved him like all that stuff is going in the trash that stuff is not valuable to Auctioners they're looking for things to make a profit from he told me to call the 1-800 number very nonchalantly and I told him they're going to say the same thing( Which they did) like I don't know they all work together..he wouldn't even take my payment or stop the auction knowing my stuff was back there and could've saved it he keep telling me to get in my car and leave like I was harassing him or robbing him or something all I was trying to do is get a yes or no answer which he never did telling me it's nothing he can do, your the store manager it's everything you can do because you stopped them before giving me no eye contact or anything been a customer for almost 2 years I had so many things in there that meant so much to me I couldn't have kids and when I finally got a chance to I save everything and it was in the unit and Henry just didn't care even after they raised the price on me by almost $100 dollars with no notice and all the mice and mouse droppings and urine inside still wasnt enough to have a heart people like him don't prosper because it's all about the money and "it's my job" knowing I was going to give him way more that what the bidder paid unbelievable I really hate I hired this company Shame on you Henry just know you can't make yourself happy bringing misery to other people

The ppl their are very courteous and helpful the storage is spacious clean and well maintained.
