We had a good experience with Extra Space Storage on E WT Harris Blvd in Charlotte. Everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and super friendly. The app made entry into the gate and making payments a breeze. Once inside the gate everything was clean and well lit. My only recommendation would be that they add a dumpster but I understand why that may not be feasible. We only emptied our unit because we move to Alabama.

I had a really good experience at Extra Space Storage. I made my reservation online, and when I came in, Damone helped me right away. He was friendly and really knew his stuff. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. He showed us the unit, walked me through everything, and mentioned the insurance option for about $11 a month, which seems worth it just in case. Great customer service!
