RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHOEVER IS THE LADY ANSWERING CALLS 5/15 SHOULD BE AUDITED AND MONITORED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE. ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER SIMPLY FOR ASKING FOR DISCOUNTED RATES IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, WHICH IS WHY I WON’T BE STORING MY ITEMS HERE. It’s different if you are having a bad day. We all have bad days, but antagonizing someone for a simple question is unacceptable, especially when I was polite to her; it's a horrible way to miss out on a unit.
