It’s not one of those brand new fancy, indoor storage facilities, but it’s only 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and perfectly acceptable for storage of my three bedroom house. I put Some items in a small climate controlled unit and rented a 10 x 30 unit. Joel, the on-site property manager was very helpful, friendly and responsive. It’s like good old, southern hospitality meets a storage unit. He was on site and helped us within minutes when we couldn’t get into our storage unit (our fault!). Prices are very reasonable. It would be nice in my 10 x 30 unit if I had a lightbulb, but I wore a headlamp when I had to dig through my boxes (Since my movers put a few items there they were supposed to go to our apartment). I also have not seen many spiders or insects, so that’s nice. I paid for six months so my prices are fixed. I will revise my post if I see an increase at that time. In the meantime, I would highly recommend this facility.
