Amazing and easy transaction, would recommend if needing a speedy storage

I’m so happy I found this place. Rental price was great (a lot less than competitors), and the buildings are clean and well kept. I like that there is an entry gate with a code for added safety. The facility looks new, and would recommend.

I was welcome by Ryan Robinson, who was very helpful and understanding, the walk through setup process was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. He accommodated my every need, size price and location. Clean facility and everyone is nice, but beware...they will double your price and mail you a confirmation. Others on here say it looks like junk mail. I never saw it, so it was lost in the rest of the junk mail we receive. Basically, I signed up for a 10x30 space for $60 per month. After the 4 months I paid up front, it doubled to $120 immediately. They will say that "the price is subject to change based on market rates", but that is crap. You are saying that in 4 months after I signed up for $60/month, the "market" changed so much that my rates doubled? My wife does the bills and didn't realize the price was wrong, so it went unnoticed for 5 months. I called today to cancel and asked for a refund. I will update if this happens. Again, everyone is nice and helpful and the place is clean, etc. but it is a bait and switch. Once you store something there, the price doubles and either they make enough money to not care about the customer dissatisfaction, or they just figure once your stuff is stored, it is too much of a pain to cancel. UPDATE: As I mentioned, the people at Extra Space Storage have always been great. After talking with them, they refunded a portion of my rental cost, which I thought was very fair. I still think that increasing the cost right after the initial 4 months is something that can catch people by surprise since it is communicated by "postcard", so make sure you keep an eye on your charges on a monthly basis. Other than that part of it, nice and clean facility, and staff has been very helpful.

Ryan the assistant manager was very helpful patient as well as professional. I had many questions and he answered them all . I repeated a few questions during my visit to be sure and he didn’t get annoyed.He was great! Job well done. Grateful to have Ryan assist me during this stressful time. Moving isn’t easy.
