I have been a customer at Extra Storage for about a year. I needed to downsize from the unit I was renting for storage. I went into the office and asked about downsizing to another unit just a few units down. I will have to say that the Assistant Store Manager, Ryan Robinson made everything possible for me. He made the transition completely easy and went out of his way to call and see if I could still get the internet pricing. Thank you Ryan Robinson for making everything easy and going the extra mile. I highly recommend Extra Storage in Thomasville NC. Ask for Ryan and you will definitely get top notch service!

Mr. Torres is very kind, understanding, knowledgeable & professional. I like having my storage unit with Extra Space in Thomasville, NC with this company. I haven’t had one bad experience. I’m so glad that Mr. Torres is the new manager. He is very customer & people oriented. He does what is best for both the customer & the company. Amazing manager!! Amazing person!!
