I had a wonderful experience at this storage facility due in no small part to site manager, Alana. She is professional and has excellent customer service skills. I had a problem with the original unit that I rented, and she was immediately able to resolve my issues. If only all storage site managers had her level of emotional intelligence and ability to work with customers so effectively.

Alana was super helpful … I rented a unit online and did not know it was big with a small door as it was a corner unit. She walked me to another unit that was closer to the entrance and a bit bigger (although a bit more expensive). Super happy with the facility and her great customer experience.
