Great storage facility with all the amenities you would want to secure your property. Clean, quiet, gated property with digital code entry and a motion sensor exit, security cameras, in-house unit locking system, elevated units with gutters as well as water run off to prevent any and all water damage and pooling, and ample space in an aisle fashion for easy entry and exit. Franchesca was wonderful and helped my cousin purchase a unit and guide her through her new unit while I helped offload her belongings. They have smaller units as well for those with smaller storage needs at a reduced price. Opening the unit we found the keys and lock within a nice package made specifically for their unit gates. The locks themselves are very secure and straight forward to use vs your standard masterlock and key. The unit door opened and closed smoothly with very little resistance in what seemed to be brand new units. I say this because the facility I retrieved my cousins belongings from (a different company and location that was also more expensive) had terrible gates that I had to put my whole body weight into to open and close. With Extra Space Storage I had zero issues. The difference was night and day. Both me and my cousin were impressed with the service and facility. If I personally ever need a unit in the future I will definitely come here.
