I've been a customer of Extra Spac least 20 years. And throughout the years there have only been about 5 CSR or Management who have been very nice Tyonna Hall is one of them, was very professional, helpful and personable. Now, IF ONLY THE CEO's AT HEADQUARTERS would be so considerate as to give their customers a free month OR HALF OFF here and there as a SHOW of CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. Especially their long-term customers . And STOP RAISING STORAGE FEES SO OFTEN. THAT IS SHEER GREED. I Give Customer Service Reps 5 ?? because they can only do as much as t their position allows, and they are the ones with the stressful positions dealing with disgruntled clients. But I give the Big Dogs at Headquarters a Big " SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE AND BEING SO GREEDY". SHOW YOUR CUSTOMERS SOME APPRECIATION, SHOW SOME LOVE. #VALENTINES DAY # VETERANS DISCOUNTS # AARP #THANKSGIVING & #CHRISTMAS are the MAJOR HOLIDAY MONTHS PEOPLE WOULD APPRECIATE A SHOW OF COMPASSION.
