Franchesca was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient with getting us set up in our unit! It was a quick and easy process. We chose a unit online and they added a lock for us, but we forgot the key when we came in to verify my ID. Franchesca went out of her way to show us an identical unit just so we could see the space in person. It was a very positive and pleasant experience!
