I met with Brian at this location to have my rate adjusted for my unit here after receiving notice of an increase in monthly rate from the corporate company. Brian worked with me and got the proposed increased rate reduced significantly, almost to the same price it was before. He worked promptly and quickly to get the new rate adjusted, submitted, and approved. Overall, my unit here has been great as well and the overall location seems to be kept clean.

We had a great experience with the Extra Space Storage at Park Manor Blvd. The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful anytime we had questions, and the whole process from move-in to move-out was smooth. The belongings were safe and would absolutely use them again.
