I had an amazing experience with Brad at 45 Grand Oaks. Despite some technical difficulties with the website when I tried to finalize a unit online (ultimately a reservation glitch in the Extra Space booking software), he came up with a quick solution. Brad resolved everything on the facility end and was able to get me access to unload my belongings while a support ticket was placed. He took his time and made several phone calls to sort it out and made sure I did not have to leave and come back again. He was very personable and apologetic. The customer service was 5 stars alone. The facility and the unit were both clean and in great condition. It was cool inside despite the heat outside and accessing the drive gates and indoor units was easy. Thank you!
