I have a unit on the second floor the elevator has been broken for the second floor and its inconvenient for us to be able to take items up and down. It would be great if you all fix it fast. Its been like this for over a month and not satisfied with this at all. The manager was great at explaining to me the reason happened and giving me the alternative but I should not have to do that.
