Steve was awesome! He was very friendly and knows his stuff. He let me know all of my options and gave suggestions. Set up was smooth and fast! Update: Came back to upgrade my storage unit size and I was helped by Doriene. She was helpful, kind and did her due diligence to find the unit size that I needed. The service was excellent. Highly recommend this location.

Steve the manager at the Carrollton location was amazing! I last minute needed a storage unit (literally had my stuff on a moving truck) Steve saved the day and within minutes had a unit for me. The storage facility was always clean and felt safe.
