Rented at a good rate of $163 for a 10x15' drive up unit. The front desk was alright at this location nothing special from any other storage facility. After 3 months of renting my rate has jumped from the original price all the way to $250. I called in and after 45 minutes of arguing the insanity of that I was told my rate would be brought down to the original $163. This was a lie! I just received my bill, and it was brought down to $208 but this was just a one-time occurrence and will be going up to the $250 mark the next month. Also, Tom specifically hung up on me twice in regard to me calling about the new $208 number that I was lied to about. So, in conclusion don't fall for this scam! That is not the market rate, a one minute google search will show you that. They will actively lie to your face. They are not nice nor care about your experience. They are just there to rip you off and hope that you aren't paying attention. Photo is of a unit listed directly across the street for $154 as of today's date, 10/7/26. There are many cheaper options available in the immediate surrounding areas as well.
