This was a good storage place, UNTIL they almost doubled my rate in one month, claiming they were matching the market. Not so. I found several other places with much better rates for the same climate controlled service. I understand rate increases must happen from time to time, but to almost double in one month is not a good business practice. I will avoid Extra Space Storage in the future.
