The rep is very friendly and contacted me quickly to provide me instructions on my initial move in date. She was very helpful in calling so I didn’t have to locate their phone number and call them. Web rates are low until they increase after 6 months. All storage units increase their fees after 6 months which is a pain but what can you do, inflation everywhere. I need a unit so I have to pay.
