This is my first storage space I've had and the location is great, 7 min. from me and the price seemed good too. I had looked at youtube videos of what a 5x5 space here looked like and they all showed walk-ins like a big closet which was perfect. I reserved it online which was super easy and downloaded the app. The gate opened perfectly with the app. The person in the office told me there should be carts inside to load my items onto. When I got inside there were no carts and only 2 other vehicles were there at the time, so I had to make 2 trips and I didn't have much with me for my first load. When I found my unit I was surprised to see that is was not a walk-in, it was a big locker that was a top locker. I was just annoyed that not only did I have bring a step stool with me to get in it, I had to bring my collapsible wagon to transport my items on my second trip. I wanted to use this to store my bikes which will be a challenge to get them in being a top locker and I'm only 5'1. Just be wary if you rent this size unit, it may be a locker and not a walk-in, so I'd call and ask first.
