    Are There Additional Fees Included With My Monthly Rate?

    No, there are no additional monthly fees included in your monthly rental bill. There are, however, taxes that will be included, and a one-time setup charge. The one-time setup charge, also known as an admin fee, which covers lease processing and makes sure the unit is ready for move-in.

    Optional Storage Unit Rental Fees: Locks and Insurance

    A lock is required to rent a unit and can be brought from home or purchased through Extra Space Storage. Additionally, insurance is required to rent a unit. You can add on insurance coverage from Extra Space Storage if you do not have coverage through a homeowners or renters policy.
