• Step 1: Unlock your storage unit using your key or combination lock. Remove the lock from the latch or disengage the cylinder lock if provided.

• Step 2: Slide the latch out of the locking bracket.

• Step 3: Grip the handle at the bottom of the roll-up door and pull upward to open the unit fully.
