Getting into the storage was easy, fast and convenient! I couldn't ask for more! But I thought I had a climate controlled unit but once I got to the facility I found that it was outside! I called customer service and Jemison was professional, friendly and patient! Kindly transferred me to the team that could swap my unit. I honestly thought I would get a "no" but I had to try. I was told I had to speak with the manager on site. At that point I was fine with keeping the unit I thought it would be way more trouble than it's worth. It was about 5:50 so I thought I had to wait until the next day. But before I could get off the phone with CSR Ms Stephanie (site manager) was calling. Stephanie was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and Kind. She put me in another unit. I have to give kudos to extra space because it's nice to know that there are businesses with employees like Ms. Stephanie that keeps their business growing and have customers that are happy they chose the service with them. Thank you Ms. Stephanie for all of your help and I'm glad I chose extra space!
