Rented what turned out to be the last available unit. When I arrived, the latch appeared to have been previously cut and I couldn't open it. After multiple calls to a call center, my only option to reach someone local was during office hours the following morning — a real problem when you're mid-move. When I finally reached a manager, their focus was on why their employee hadn't answered the phone, not on my actual situation. Time is money during a move, and that indifference was telling. An hour later, a woman filling in last-minute from another location was the one who actually helped — and she's the one who told me the manager had given me the wrong unit number to begin with. The fact that a last-minute fill-in from another store outperformed local management says a lot. Between the compromised latch, the communication failures, and the lack of urgency from the people who should have cared most, I didn't feel confident leaving my belongings there. If a storage facility can't make you feel secure about your stuff, what exactly are you paying for?

It was wonderful to meet Susan at Extra Space Storage. Susan is very kind and a wonderful person. She help me and explained which storage to choose and why. Susan took her time and walked down the isle to show me the units. I 'am very please with my choice. I recommended this place for anyone who lived closed by or around the area. A++ customer service.
