As a longtime and grateful Extra Space customer/tenant, today again, I was most excellently attended at the 5600 2nd St. NE facility. Mr. Kenny took care, patiently, pleasantly and professionally, of a concern I had regarding my continued tenancy, assuring my best interest to be served. With the presence of Ms. Renée, the Property Manager, who most courteously assisted me at a previous Extra Space location as well, today's visit became a truly memorable experience once again.
