This is my second year I have chosen extra space storage on 2nd st. My experience on both the phone and in person have always been very pleasant and professional. Renee, one of the works at this location also went as far as to help me with my app experience. This special touch made it easier for me upon entry into the facility and also using the elevators. I will not hesitate next year to select this facility to take care of my family's storage needs.

Although there are many closer storage units to my home, I Highly recommend this location for several reasons. Specifically, the facility is always clean, staff advise you when changes are occurring, and the unit is very safe. However, the main reason I continue to use this location is because of the staff! Reane Bennett, Kenny Ambrose, Danielle Davis and Dee Broome are out of this world when it comes to customer service and knowing their jobs. They are extremely knowledgeable about the moving process, the pricing, and different options that really helped me out. They are there to help you and they do!!!

Not only did she help lower the price of my storage unit, but she did it with such kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. I was having a really emotional day, and Renae allowed me the space to cry, vent, and get my feelings out while she worked to help me find a solution. She never made me feel rushed or judged.
