Extra Space Storage is an great find!! The manger Rich is very friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the units here, and the security. If you are looking to get a little extra storage, I highly recommend you stop in, say HI to Rich, and check these units out!

I just HAD to share my experienc(es) with Extra Space Storage. I've never been there without everything being neat and tidy. Rick (the manager) has always been incredibly nice and helpful. If you're looking for Storage you can't go wrong here.

I hate that my rate changed from $80 monthly to $150 out of nowhere but I called and they lowered it to $128 monthly. my stuff was safe and the customer service was always on point. Mister Rich needs a raise! I just hate that they don’t tell you this price will go up after a few months! And I was out of state so I couldn’t just move to a new storage company …

My furniture has been in storage at the Amber Drive location in Columbus, GA, for several years and I have never had any problems. Whenever I checked on my furniture, it was still in the same condition as when it was initially stored. The unit is air-conditioned and not infested with critters. Their is security throughout the grounds. The customer service personnel is very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this establishment.
