Rich gave me a courtesy call about my unit today and was extra helpful! He informed me of their move-out policy, which includes prorate of the final month, and assured me if I had any hiccups while emptying my unit, just let him know and he'll get me sorted. Beyond pleased with his customer service and would recommend this location to anyone because of it.
