Chiquita and team were absolutely wonderful. They made moving and storing my daughter’s things seamless and easy. We had to move my daughter out of her apartment in Ann Arbor to Chicago for grad school. I worked with Extra Space before for my other daughter and had a good experience in St. Louis so wanted to use them again. Chiquita, the manager at N. Desplaines site, called me to introduce herself and answered all of my questions. I’ve never had someone follow up like that. We set on a move in date and Chiquita made sure my unit was ready, my lock in place and I had my access information. She checked in with me the day before to confirm. On move in day, things went according to plan. The facility was easy to find, parking was easy, carts readily available, and facility was well lit and clean. After moving in, during a security check , Chiquita let me know that I had inadvertently failed to secure my unit properly. Chiquita helped secure my unit and sent me photos showing my items were undisturbed. When it was time to move out, Chiquita had my new keys ready so I was able to access my unit properly. She provided white glove service and was a delight to work with. I would definitely recommend using them for my storage needs.
