This was such a perfect experience. Working with the storage manager, Amanda, made everything from choosing the best plan to pulling into the storage unit effortless. Her knowledge, patience, wonderful attitude all added to her high level of professionalism! While working with her I was thinking If she was on my team she would be recommended to manage and train the team. Then when I asked she told me that she is the DTL!!! I’m not surprised ??

Following up on my previous review, I recently cleared out my storage unit and found all my belongings heavily damaged by dirt. The facility's ongoing construction generated an excessive amount of dust and dirt that penetrated every item, including sealed plastic totes. I had to unpack, clean, and reload my property directly in the parking lot. This negligence ruined irreplaceable childhood keepsakes from my children. Despite marketing themselves as a clean facility, they failed to protect renters' property during construction. Do not store your belongings here if you want them to remain undamaged.
