Have been a customer at this ExtraSpace Storage location for years. It is a well maintained and managed facility with an excellent team, especially Robin with whom I recently met to address a need for additional short-term storage. I had initially gone online to reserve another storage unit, however when I met with Robin to finalize the paperwork, we discussed my needs and the time period I needed the extra unit. After reviewing what I reserved online, he offered a unit both larger and closer to my other unit that was more cost-effective than what I initially reserved online. Terrific customer experience. Thanks!

Extra Space is the best of the best for all your storage needs. Its clean, well lit, safe, in my unit temperature controlled. But what makes it even more special is the staff. Robin at desk in Norwood, N.J. has been always so thoughtful, kind, helpful, whether I am calling in by phone, or in person. He is truly a great asset to the company, and I say this authentically over years of experience.
