The property was well kept and we never had an issue with the unit! They checked the units every night and even alerted us when we left our unlocked on accident. The only downside was that every 3-6 months they raised the price, in my opinion they never had a good explanation. It was an outside unit so no temperature control or extra security or anything like that. Just a regular unit. If you’re looking for an easy fix and a quick unit that’s easy to access I would recommend. If you’re looking for a stable price I would not recommend.
