Great customer service. The climate control unit and building are well maintained. The property is safe and secure. I only go during the daytime. Conveniently located right off IH 37.

Process was quick and easy. Zana was vary helpful in selecting the size storage that I needed.

The biggest reason for 3 stars at this location is for the uneven ground. For small, short term needs, it’s a decent price with flexibility for cancellation & no minimum requirement for monthly commitment. Clean. Other feedback: 1. Door /locking issue for climate unit stopped shutting. It would close on its on & lock (with the weight of the door pulling it closed). Someone left it open recently, and I let them know it needed maintenance. Will update when they fix. Obviously, we should all be responsible renters & ensure these doors are properly closed for the halls…. But that’s just not how people behave. So, we kind of need this working again. :) 2. Loading /unloading is a nightmare if you have a lot of stuff in certain units. Their parking lot isn’t level & sits on a very bumpy, uneven ground. Something to consider for large items or other situations. Not a deal breaker for all situations. 3. They included new locks, thank you. But the package was open (likely reused? Refurbished) who knows. Full price for an open lock … in this economy isn’t kind. Corporate office (who originally sold us) did mention this would be included and said we could return to the front office for a refund. When I mentioned this to the lady, she said “noooo, no it’s required”. In trying to explain to her that we understood “locks are required” but that we had an identical one already… she didn’t seem to understand the refund process & that it’s not in their contract that I have to purchase THEIR lock. Just one that fits (and yes it’s specific, but not unique). Not worth my time to fight with her on $20 right now and didn’t feel like calling corporate. Review is sufficient with 3 stars for this alone because customer service is a big deal. I would have given 4 stars for the original phone support guy … because he was super competent and kind! But, they have some weird higher dollar plan for 24 hour phone support that is just poorly phrased (unlike my lengthy, bad grammar review here). :) 4. They didn’t update the card on file correctly during my last visit in person. Having a “human” to help on site isn’t getting “more justifiable” with AI taking over… if we can’t handle these tasks in person. Nuanced complaint just to keep typing and see if anyone actually reads…. 5. Entry is awkward! Keypad is on the left (for driver window of course) but you’d just have to see the place. I’ll snag a pic later, it’s hard to get in/out if multiple people are coming & going. Wouldn’t want a big moving truck to awkwardly navigate. No thanks. Again, not much they can do about this for their location.
