I stored at this place a while ago. The people in the office were very kind and the price was right. That said, I had an indoor unit on the second floor of a building with a very concerning elevator. Getting my things in and out was an absolute pain due to the size and shape of the elevator, but I guess at least it HAD a working elevator. The real issue is the motion activated lights inside the windowless upstairs areas. You had to run out of the elevator and wave your arms around in PITCH blackness while praying the elevator stayed open to provide just a little bit of light. It felt so scary and so unsafe. I refused to go to my unit alone. I am going to need storage again soon and I love the price of this place, but I simply cannot deal with the creepy nature of the elevator and the second floor of this place. I wish they would do something to solve the issue with the lights, like making them activate along with the elevator or just leaving them on 24/7 quite honestly. There were also very few carts available to help move things in and out, and many were broken. I'd recommend if you're getting a garage-style unit on the first floor, but not for those creepy second floor smaller units.
