Cubanidad has two locations in the Las Vegas metro: one in Summerlin and one in Henderson. For those looking for a good takeout option for lunch or dinner, Cubanidad Express in Summerlin is the place to go! Founded by Chef Dennis Martinez Miranda, this restaurant brings small-town Cuban cuisine to Sin City. If you’re not sure what to get from the menu, you can’t go wrong with the flaky Empanadas, savory Cuban Nachos, or sandwiches like The 305 or Medianoche.
