    Extra Space Storage's customer service phone line, (888)-609-8483, operates daily from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Mountain Time (MT). Online chat is also available during these hours. On some holidays, hours are reduced, and on others, service may be closed entirely.

    Is Customer Service Available by Phone or Online Chat on Holidays?

    On holidays, service hours may be limited or unavailable. On July 4th and December 24th, customer support will operate from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. MT. On Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, support will be closed. During these closures, after-hours service can still assist with basic inquiries. Our online chat system connects to a live agent during open hours and directs customers to phone support if necessary.
