Awesome customer service. The facilities are showing its age. Parking lot needs to be relined, gutter by office corner leaks, & the main gate is non functional too often.

The guys that work for Extra Space Storage in Auburndale FL are always very friendly and helpful. Have always been understanding. This storage is expensive and has gone up triple what it started out as and is sometimes hard for me to pay but they have always worked with me. I appreciate that.
