12/2/24. My experience today was not only pleasant as always, but exceptionally pleasant! Mickey, the assistant manager, truly went the "extra mile" in helping me! I purchased a new look for my unit on the second floor, but unfortunately, the lock was too big!! Ughhhhhh! Rather than having to travel back to the hardware store to purchase another lock, thus leaving my unit unsecured for a significant amount of time, Mickey once again, came to the rescue. After trying to get the lick on himself, he quickly confirmed that the lock was indeed to large. He then solved the problem by providing me with a Disc Lock...which I knew nothing about. In addition to that, he was kind enough to remove both of my locks from the packaging for me..one of which, was damn near impossible! Shout out to Mickey for going ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty! This only substantiate my reason for loving this place!!
