Leanna?????????? Is awesome?? this Store Manager needs to be a District/Regional Manger or higher! She was very professional kind and polite. Even with me being emotional she stay in control all around. I made an online reservation, but online reps did not provide accurate information. Made another one that did not work out either. Then the kiosks lady refused to service me with my reservation when I was at the physical location. She stated I needed to be within business hours because I have to hand my documents to employee. She was rude! But Leanna with her knowledge and skills was able to assist me and reassure me the following day. She actually called me to get that situation corrected. Had she not I probably would never be a customer because my experience with the kiosk lady was TERRIBLE. I then ended up getting a transfer unit at the next closest location with Leanna’s help due to the space I required. Yay but nope..that location did not fit my purpose. I reached back out to Leanna and she was more than willing to assist me with my original reservation needs and accommodate me for the ‘extra space’ I needed to add. She provided great information and her card. She walked me to both units and showed me how to utilize things. She apologized when she did not have to. And she smiled, the kiosk lady never did. In the end I received the unit I originally needed plus an additional unit. Felt better about my life situation because of a kind person?? Did not have to be inconvienced or stressed trying to figure things out feeling like time was running out. I never felt judged-unlike by kiosk lady, or like I was just another transaction to get completed-online reps. I honestly felt she cared about my situation without being in my business. Leanna showed she is there for more than a check. Great people person. Great person period from my interaction. Thank you again Leanna-Store Manager. I apologize again for my back and forth of indecisiveness. Had I listened to her from start, I do not believe I would’ve went through the back and forth and wasted my own time. I rarely want to do reviews good or bad online, but I told Leanna I wanted to leave KUDOS for her. SHE DESERVES IT ALL?????????? C O R P O R A T E P A Y A T T E N T I O N ??
