Commercial Vehicle Storage Guidelines
When storing a vehicle at an Extra Space Storage facility, there are guidelines that you'll need to follow. Please refer to your rental agreement for additional information regarding the guidelines for business vehicle storage.
Proof of insurance and current registration is required.
No major maintenance or repairs can be performed inside the storage unit.
Vehicles may not be towed or stored on blocks. They must be driven into the storage unit.
Wheels must be inflated and in good shape while stored.
